Looks like a clear commute on 93 in Dorchester!
This marshmallow is Jesse Haley's version of the gigantic, 140-foot tall natural gas storage tank in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Highly visible from Interstate 93, it is a beloved local landmark thanks to Sister Corita Kent's bold streaks of color that cover the tank, commonly referred to as The Rainbow Swash.
6" x 4" printed on 17pt uncoated cardstock.
Maker: Jesse Haley (Boston, MA)
A while back, Jesse Haley drew Boston's iconic Citgo sign, but with a piece of candy corn where the red triangle is. He showed it to one person, they sorta mildly laughed, and he took that as a sign to keep going. Jesse Haley is currently a senior designer at GBH in Boston.
