INDIGO by Dear Botanicals is a cool, soothing soap scented with pure lavender and eucalyptus essential oils. Lavender has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, and combined with the refreshing scent of eucalyptus, makes for a lovely spa-like experience. The deep lapis blue color of this soap comes from natural indigo, a plant dye with a history dating back to ancient civilizations – and is also said to have restorative qualities for the skin. Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of this soap, the design may vary!

For best results, use within six to 12 months. This soap is made with plant oils, botanicals, naturally occurring clays, and essential oils. I do not use cosmetic micas, preservatives, or synthetic fragrance. That means the colors and scents will fade over time, though the soap itself will be good to use indefinitely.

To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Do not place in direct contact with water (except when bathing, of course!). Handmade soap does not contain commercial hardening agents, so this will really help to make your bar last longer.
