Bar Soap - Black Sesame

CEDAR + CITRUS by Dear Botanicals is a balancing soap with an aromatic scent that promotes clarity and a feeling of deep relaxation. This bar is my take on an onsen (hot springs) experience, and that feeling of bathing surrounded by tall cedar trees. Deep, woody, and herbaceous, with complex citrus top notes and a hint of floral sweetness, its scent blend contains petitgrain and cedarwood essential oil. With detoxifying activated charcoal and gentle kaolin clay, this bar is great for all skin types.

For best results, use within six to 12 months. This soap is made with plant oils, botanicals, naturally occurring clays, and essential oils. I do not use cosmetic micas, preservatives, or synthetic fragrance. That means the colors and scents will fade over time, though the soap itself will be good to use indefinitely.

To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Do not place in direct contact with water (except when bathing, of course!). Handmade soap does not contain commercial hardening agents, so this will really help to make your bar last longer.
