Moonlit Dreams: Making Session for Kids

In partnership with The Local Hand and Greater Ashmont Main Streets, Dot Art is offering a series of “making sessions” for children ages 4+, to participate in a public art installation at the Ashmont MBTA plaza at the Sleeping Moon sculpture by Joseph Wheelwright.

Drop in for any of the 3 making sessions at The Local Hand in July to
participate in this community art project (July 8, 15, and 22).

This series are centered around the theme of Dreams. Children will design and create ‘dreams’ using translucent and shiny materials. These pieces will be hung in a temporary public art installation at Ashmont Station throughout the Summer.

Younger siblings welcome! We will have activities for all ages.

No need to stay for the full two hours; just drop by any time between 10-12!
