Ignite your child's creativity and mindfulness with this festive workshop, in collaboration with Freckle Face Yoga.

This unique experience combines all of the benefits of yoga with the fun sensory play of arts and crafts. Let your child explore their imagination and stay active with this fun-filled workshop.

First, Jenny will lead all the kiddos through a yoga sequence (about 30 minutes). Then, we will gather to make pumpkin paper plate garlands. 

Halloween costumes are encouraged!

If you can, please bring your own yoga mat.  We will have a few extras for anyone who does not have one. 

This event is geared towards age 3-6, but all are welcome.

We will provide light refreshments for the parents to enjoy during the event.  You'll also have time to do some shopping if the mood strikes! All participants will receive 10% off any store purchases they make during the event. 

About Freckle Face Yoga: Freckle Face Yoga provides movement, mindfulness, and support for moms and their families. Moms at all stages & phases of their mothering journey are welcomed to join us for a slow flow, inclusive class.
